Placing Your Order: 1) Click on the "add to cart" button next to the desired item and follow the instructions to order through PayPal(which can also accept payments through credit cards or checking accounts). -or- 2) Print out the order form, fill it out and MAIL it along with your certified cheque or money order. -or- 3) Print out the order form, PHONE or e-mail your order, then mail your certified cheque or money order. Payment: Orders are payable in Canadian funds. (U.S. funds may be used if in the form of Certified cheque.) Certified cheques or money orders are all accepted. No personal cheques, please. Make certified cheques and money orders payable to "Carol Cook". If you are unsure about how much your total will be, please e-mail before sending payment. Your order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of funds. Paypal is the quickest and simplest method of payment. If you live in Canada your shipping invoice will show PST only. We do not charge the GST. However outside Ontario, the amount of the unit price that would have gone to PST now applies to the higher cost of out-of-province shipping. Shipping: For pattern packets add 10% to your total order, minimum of $3.00 Electronic Pattern Packets: These are sent via e-mail and therefore have no shipping costs. When you purchase an English ePacket the French translation of the instructions (if listed on the French page) can be included upon request. You must be able to view PDF files in Adobe Acrobat in order to access these patterns.
